This little children's chair is a custom piece I completed for a customer. It's going to be used as a prop for photos of little ones in her photography biz! Matt worked his handyman skills and replaced the stretchers on the bottom - one was missing and wouldn't you know it, you can't buy dowels the size of the remaining one so he replaced both with a standard size. I gave it a good scrub, sanded off the paint splatters (I previously used it to set my paints on while working), painted it in 'Old White' ASCP and finished it with clear wax. I hope it's well used and enjoyed by many in its new home. 'Before' shot is at the bottom.

Thanks for sharing. I love most this kind of Blog. I, too, would love reclaimed wood shelves in our study and needed to know how to make them. There are more item of wood and wood institute. I love it very much. I need to know more about wood. So I am searching this kind of blog.
